Deposit: We ask for a 50% deposit when flowers are dropped off to cover the cost of supplies and labor to preserve the individual blooms. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the design and the remaining balance is due once the product is completed.
We need the flowers as quickly as possible after the event. After 4-5 days the flowers are not fresh enough to preserve. We can use some flowers from centerpieces or other arrangements that are still in good condition. We also have the option of ordering new flowers to recreate your bouquet or arrangement for an additional fee.
It takes about 8 weeks from dropping off flowers and ordering a box until completion, but could take up to 12 weeks during busier seasons. We are able to get designs ready much more quickly when the client chooses their box style within two weeks of us receiving the flowers.
We will send you photos throughout the design process so that you can make adjustments and give approval before all of the blooms are secured.
It is best to call before the big day and schedule a time to drop off your flowers, so that we can be prepared for your bouquet to arrive. If you don’t find our information until a few days after the event, don’t worry, we can still help you. You can reach us at 918-798-8600.
We do our very best to preserve everything that you bring us, but some flowers preserve better than others and depending on the freshness the outcomes may vary. It’s always best to send us an image of your bouquet or arrangement before you drop it off, so that we can give you a good idea of what will preserve well and if there are any flowers that are in too poor shape to save.
The color of the flowers may change in the drying process. We find that a lot of dark colored blooms appear much darker once dried. Most lighter colored blooms stay pretty true to the original color.
If the bouquet got a little warm and some of the flowers are damaged, feel free to bring along a centerpiece or a bridesmaid bouquet for us to swap fresher flowers from. The deposit covers the preservation of the entire bouquet but additional fees will apply for the restoration of damaged bouquets. If you would like us to preserve more than one bouquet/arrangement, additional fees may apply.
Please try your best to keep your flowers cool and in water as much as possible. After your event please trim stems and place in a vase with plenty of water. Flowers can also be refrigerated, but be careful not to freeze them.
Each box is handmade by our carpenter and has been designed with quality in mind. For this reason, we prefer to use only boxes supplied by us to ensure the best outcome.
For the memory cloche, please try to include large and small blooms, as well as, plenty of greenery. That will give us more options when it comes to the design.
