This bridal bouquet, shot by the fabulous photographers of LSD Photography, is lit and captured in the most romantic, vintage / antique, and Autumn-like light possible. We love it and when we look at these shots we can’t help but think of the fun new season that’s just around the corner! The dainty pink spray roses and large antique golden roses are absolutely glowing; and the personal touch with initial danglers is every bit lovely!

We brought in lovely pastel Tulips, fluffy tufts of spring pink and green Hydrangea, sweet Cherry Blossoms, and romantic floating candles for a spectacular centerpiece grouping on the hors d’oeuvres table. Every time we take a look at this gorgeous shot captured by Jesse Reich Photography we think, “Spectacular! Romance! Love!” A perfect design for a perfect event.

We carried these floral elements displayed in the grouping on the hors d’oeuvres table throughout the Dresser Mansion via a beautiful “fireplace arrangement.” That’s right- a very resourceful element and ideal spot for large arrangements- the Dresser Mansion’s dining room fireplace! It is a perfect space for a robust arrangement, such as this bright and full Hydrangea, Tulip and Cherry Blossom piece. And the large grouping of lit, floating candles is the icing on the cake!

Lining the window sills and decorating the bistros and tables with these delicate vintage-gold votives from Zinke Design and these beautiful and bright roses gives the design even more “chic-ness!” Zinke Design was absolutely fabulous to work with, as always, and we so enjoyed making Emily’s and Denny’s memorable moments simply exquisite. A beautiful bride, a beautiful and gown-complimenting bouquet, beautiful professional design . . . everything is as beautiful as a dream! With such a captivating cover shot for the “Brides of Oklahoma” magazine on the brain we just had to share some other beautiful outdoor bridal photos we’ve found on some of our favorite blogs and sites. Since the wedding of Darcy and David at the Dresser Mansion is truly simply elegant, we had to share another post featuring their special day. Many brides have decided to incorporate some of their floral design from their wedding day into their rehearsal dinner. It’s a fabulous idea and really brings a something extra to your rehearsal dinner dining tables, and even venue. You can do simple and sweet with a few of your choice wedding flowers arranged on bistro tables, or lined up along the bar, or to dress up your dining tables a bit. We’ve seen an entry table / bistro done up with a tall centerpiece, some votives and a photo of the happy couple; always a classic and beautiful idea! Last weekend Zinke Design exhibited a gorgeous tablescape that they designed at the Tulsa Wedding Show, featuring stunning colors of a satin sea blue and a perfectly-summer yellow, with hints of mango. Add in their fabulous vintage votives, the beautiful menus and place cards by The Inviting Place, the sweet picket-fence-white chairs from Party Pro, and the festive florals from The French Bouquet, and you have a must-have tablescape! A big thank you to Zinke Design for letting The French Bouquet be a part of your tablescape and for sharing some of your photos from the show. It was also an honor to provide some fresh flowers to Zinke Design’s booth, too, which you can check out on their Facebook album here! Curly Willow and big plumes of white Hydrangea, accented by richly colored Thistle, is a sleek and sophisticated look, perfect for the design extraordinaires of Zinke!

To round out their week of blogging, Zinke Design featured a bouquet of ours, captured by LSD Photography, on their blog yesterday. This bouquet is an ideal inspiration for the soft or pastel color palettes, or even the garden-vintage-chic theme. Full of gorgeous blue Hydrangea, dainty pink Spray Roses and cream Roses, what better a bouquet than this for a Something Blue blog post?

If you’re interested in having your wedding or event professionally designed and coordinated you must head on over to Zinke Design’s website and inspired blog. Take a look at some of their extraordinary photos and drop them a line.

You can opt to fill the bowls with nearly any kind of flower or foliage you desire. We particularly love the look of antiqued or dried Hydrangea with sprigs of Seeded Eucalyptus springing from the base. For one event we ran with the natural garden fruits and vegetables / harvest theme and think the rich blues and greens looked spectacular with the rich wooden colors.

If a low centerpiece is what you’re looking for (although mixing tall with low is a great idea, too, and a popular design) you can forego the Manzanita and fill these lovely wooden bowls to the brim with your wedding florals. Bright and summery florals and colors, as pictured here, look great with the wooden bowls, but dark, wintery and rich colors also look fab. Needless to say the options vary and are practically endless; so if you’re thinking rustic, organic, or something natural / garden-like, contemplate incorporating these wooden bowls into your floral design.

The bouquets were every bit fabulous with bright, punchy colors and a mix of fun flowers and greenery. The bridal bouquet was filled to the brim with large bright orange and hot pink Roses and highlighted with rich pink Celosia and tiny Gomphrena, providing the richness in colors. The Green Hypericum Berries and Local Grasses and Greenery brought out the bright green pop. This bridal bouquet is a dream for all brides who have “bright,” “fun,” and “colorful” on their wedding design board.

The bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets really accentuate the orange tones of the wedding color palette with their large Roses. The Green Hypericum Berries bring in the bits of green seen in the bridal bouquet and continue the bright contrast exquisitely! And we love the pink highlights brought out by the flower girl bouquet. Dividing up the floral elements of the bridal bouquet among the bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets is a great way to incorporate all of the wedding’s colors. These bouquets really show a perfect display of bright colors and contrasts that flow perfectly. What a wonderfully summery wedding!
